Healthy Ninja Creami
1. Strawberry Protein Ice Cream
Prep Time: 5 minutes (+ freeze overnight)

Storage: Freeze in Ninja Creami pint container up to 1 month
Ingredients:
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (optional)
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into Ninja Creami container and freeze overnight.
Run on “Lite Ice Cream” setting.
2. Chocolate Greek Yogurt Froyo

Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1–2 tbsp stevia or monk fruit sweetener

Mix all ingredients well.

½ cup water
1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions:
Blend until smooth.
