1. Smoothie
2 tbsp PB2 powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 medium banana (frozen for creaminess)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
1 cup ice
2. Overnight Oats
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp PB2 powder
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
Toppings: Sliced banana, berries, or nuts
Instructions:
In a jar or bowl, mix oats, PB2 powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir and add your favorite toppings.
3. Protein Pancakes
1/4 cup PB2 powder
1/2 cup rolled oats (or oat flour)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 medium banana (mashed)
1 large egg
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
Instructions:
Blend oats into a fine powder if using whole oats.
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until a batter forms.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and pour small scoops of batter to form pancakes.
Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve with fresh fruit and a drizzle of honey or syrup.
4. Energy Balls
1/4 cup PB2 powder
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds
1/4 cup almond butter (or regular peanut butter)
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
5. Sauce for Drizzling
Ingredients:
2 tbsp PB2 powder
2–3 tbsp water or almond milk (adjust for desired consistency)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix PB2 powder with water or milk until smooth.
Add sweetener if desired.
Use as a drizzle over oatmeal, pancakes, yogurt, or fruit.
6. Chocolate Mug Cake
2 tbsp PB2 powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug or small bowl.
Microwave for 60–90 seconds, or until the cake is cooked through.
Let cool slightly and enjoy!
7. Banana Dip
Ingredients:
2 tbsp PB2 powder
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp honey or sweetener of choice
Banana slices for dipping
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix PB2 powder, Greek yogurt, and honey until smooth.
Use as a dip for banana slices, apple slices, or pretzels.
